The main work contents include: Maintenance of relevant roads and facilities outside the red line within the jurisdiction, cleaning of the urban appearance and environment of roads within the jurisdiction, and other facilities that need maintenance and cleaning for a safety net. 二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業均不執行價格扣除優惠；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；本項目中小企業所屬的行業為其他未列明行業。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measure, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement.
